Absolute trash when it comes to customer service. While being calm throughout the duration of the call, whoever I spoke to actually told me she was going to yell at me and not rent me a unit because she misunderstood what I was saying. Who does that? Completely ridiculous and not how you treat people who are wanting to rent one of your units.
