Owner is very unprofessional
I would never would recommend Clevenger to anybody because we had called for a repair and the second time they came they said no one was here when someone was at house and they said that no one was here I will not recommend Clevenger to no one that’s is bad service when they lie about them coming out and when no one came by because they didn’t even ring the bell and they said they come wasn’t here bad service and they said they can’t come back because they close at 5:00 really really really really bad service
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a company that Lowes hired to come out and fix my dryer. When I got ugly with them and told them that A&E better not step foot on my property, I was told that I could call someone of my choice and they would reimburse me. I called Clevenger on a Tuesday. They was out here this morning and dryer is fixed. Thank y’all so much.... definitely will call them again for my service needs.
Great same-day service! Experienced repairman took only 10 minutes to replace heating element in my dryer, says it'll last 30 years. Couldn't be happier with the service.
$90 service call and he said my dryer needed a control panel. He couldn't get the control panel. Buy a new dryer. I googled it and found the heater was shorted. Bent the coils away from the housing and haven't had another problem. Control panel was fine.
Thank you and Joe for repairing my washer. It is sooo quiet now.
