This park is old but needs lots of work. I wish they could fix things up to make it nice. Many folks are older or on fixed incomes. The roads are littered with potholes making it difficult to maneuver and troublesome for emergency vehicles. Roads are NOT clearly marked and many houses are not marked with Lot numbers visibly. Many maintenance issues go unfixed such as our porch steps(we have 2 handicapped in our home), roof is covered with tarps to prevent leaks for over a year now.
