Roman, Jonathan, and Igor were very efficient and completed the job quickly. They did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, what they were doing, and what they did when it was all over, including the next steps. They were very courteous and professional and respectful of our home and our wishes. I would recommend Cleveland Water and Fire Restoration to anyone needing water removal and restoration. I also appreciated the way Mark (who was the initial inspector handled the situation. Great job guys.

So very grateful for the quick response and great team (Markus and Alex) who did such a phenomenal job at my home. They are tremendous professionals, and such perfectionists dealing with my home, answering all my questions and getting the job done in an efficient and considerate manner. Charles was very knowledgeable and patient with me during my experience with mold in my kitchen bay window. The water originating from the gutters. The company was patient to make sure the gutters were fixed before remediation. When they were able to remediate, they were on-time, efficient, and communicative with me during the entire process.
