Markus and Christian were professional, friendly, and thorough. They worked very hard to mitigate the water damage from an upstairs shower. They removed the damaged furniture, carpet, ceiling drywall, tile, and base board. They set up dehumidifiers and fans in each affected area to competely dry them prior to reconstruction. Roman and Marcus came out this morning and worked so quickly and efficiently. Removed wet flooring and set up dehumidifiers and heaters as well as put up plastic barriers to keep particles from going to the rest of the house. Totally updated us and read out loud anything we needed to sign. You can always tell when you have good workers and we were fortunate enough to get these ones. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Roman and Felipe were at my home only 5 hours after I contacted Cleveland Water & Fire Restoration about water damage from my broken washing machine. They were kind and friendly, and really knew what needed to be done.They explained what they would be doing and cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased with their service.
