Start to finish, great experience. I met with Jake for the initial assessment after a water backup in my basement, and he was extremely helpful and offered to coordinate directly with my insurance company to take that off my plate. I then had Luke and his team at my house for two full days, and they were also excellent. Luke was knowledgeable, courteous and maintained a great attitude despite unexpected setbacks that kept him here until after 9 pm on the last day. Markus and Nate were very professional and explained everything they were going and why they were going to do it to in great detail. The project is still in progress, but it’s off to a great start thanks to them.

We called at 6:00 PM because our bathroom flooded into our bedroom and Cleveland Water and Fire Restoration was on it. They had Jake out within the hour. Not only was he thorough, but walked us through every step, handled the insurance call and claim and made sure we had all of our questions answered. I will update my review once the work is done, but so far we are blown away by the ease and attention they have already given our home! You’re never prepared for water damage-but having the right team makes all the difference. Markus and Alex were phenomenal-professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain each step of the cleanup and restoration process, detailing the chemicals and equipment they were using, and why each step mattered for our safety and the integrity of our home. We are grateful to Markus and Alex for giving us peace of mind during a chaotic time.
