I would have rated negative but that wasn't an option. I guess that Cleveland Urology doesn't make enough money. My husband is a patient and needed a paper faxed for his disability. They actually charge FIFTEEN DOLLARS to fill out the paper and fax it. Isn't this part of the cost of doing business? It cost .99c to fax from drug mart!!! This is extortion.
Dr.Kedia, the best urologist around, would reference him to everyone who needs a top notch urologist, my parents and family have been going here for years.
In all probability they saved my life! I was very close to total kidney failure. The Cleveland Clinic totally missed it.
Love working there! It feels good to take care of our patients and always go the extra mile! Hablamos español!
