From the first call to the final cleanup, Cleveland Tree Service was just easy to deal with. Sam (the owner) came out, looked everything over, and gave me a clear quote that actually made sense — no vague “we’ll see later” stuff. Sam at Cleveland Tree Service has a great eye for selective pruning. This is the second time he’s trimmed up our ornamental pear tree, and it comes out looking better every time — clean cuts, nice shape, and not overdone. Sam’s crew was quick, polite, and cleaned up after like they was never even here. Highly recommend.
Cleveland Tree Service (Sam and his crew) really came through for us after the wind damage this past weekend. We had branches down and a couple spots that was lookin pretty sketchy, and I didn’t want to mess around with it. Sam got us on the schedule quick and his guys showed up ready to roll. Sam and his team were pros and were great to have on site. I will never even get a quote from another Cleveland tree service company as long as they're still around. They were so careful and conscientious and the clean-up was immaculate. Great job fellas!
