5 Stars! The crew was fast, efficient and neat. Though it was big tree that spread over 1/2 the street and spanned across both my neighbors, they cut by handsaws and trimmers, avoiding the noise of a chainsaw. They were done in less than 2 hours, swept up completely and had a great attitude. I've asked them to price my backyard trees.

We had a 45-50 foot tree that needed to be taken down urgently after the recent storm. We called Sam from Cleveland Tree Service for a free estimate, and he came by the very next day. After discussing the job, we ended up hiring him to handle a few other tasks in the backyard, in addition to removing the large tree. Sam and his crew serviced my trees last year. He told me at the time ""you shouldn't have to trim your trees for 2 to 3 years"" . Prior to finding Cleveland Tree Service I believe I was being ripped off annually having trees trimmed that were unnecessary. I noticed last week my redwood trees had some brown leaves and wondered if they should be trimmed. Sam came out and looked at them.
