Cleveland Tree Service is hands down the best we have ever used! Starting from the first quote request till the very end when they cleaned up, everything was done with such professionalism and care. Talking to their customer service was actually enjoyable, they explained things perfect and the arborist estimate was straight forward and honest. One of the best in the tree service business. We have a large birch and this Cleveland Tree Service transformed it. Very pleased with the outcome. From the first call to the final cleanup, Cleveland Tree Service was just easy to deal with. Sam (the owner) came out, looked everything over, and gave me a clear quote that actually made sense — no vague “we’ll see later” stuff. Communication was really good too, they kept me in the loop before the job, showed up when they said they would and checked in during the day so I knew what was going on.
