Pete, the owner, is a great guy. He won't try to up-sell you on options you don't need. Always takes the time to help the customer make an educated decision.
They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message your lucky if they call you back. If they do call back this guy Pete is hard to deal with, i explained my problem a few times and he was reluctant to help w any info or take any kind of resonsibility. i shared with him my exeperiance and he called me a liar and says it doesn't make sense.
