They always do an excellent job. Their prices seem fair. The waiting area is nice enough and their employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience in all the years I’ve taken vehicles there. My husband took his truck in for new tires as we were concerned only with dry rot. They inspected the tires and said they did not require replacement! We were very glad!
Great shop to work with, and dependable diagnostic and repair work. Jeff went above and beyond in his service to fix my tire with a nail in it today, when my 5 month old baby and I pulled in. My family has used their shop for tires and other repairs, and always been impressed with their service. Highly recommend as a skilled, honest mechanic shop!
Great service with a smile! They take care of all our vehicles and do a great job! I just drop it off and they get me back on the road in no time. For normal maintenance, mechanical issues and especially tires this place does it all! Keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great customer service I will definitely go back
I have had many experiences with this company. On 9/8/2018 I went to have 2 front tires replaced and an oil change. Walked in around 10am, 3 hours before closing and was told they could help me. Once they realized my truck was with a fleet management company they refused to help and said they wouldn’t be able to help. Thankfully I found a new place that takes my companies fleet in Cleveland and will not be back to Cleveland Tire.
Friendly helpful staff great experience. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good place for service.

I’m so thankful for Cleveland Tire Center! They helped me not too long ago with a whole set of new tires that were much needed. The other day I came out to a flat tire in my driveway. They immediately had it fixed with super friendly service! Definitely a great bunch to work with! :) Happy to have my car back! 😁
