placed order on line emailed on day of delivery saying would be delivered today didnt give chance for me to arrange for someone to be at property left on drive when came back from holiday checked amount delivered and was 5 fence boards short rang up as soon as I relised to be told apparently driver had dropped 48 off when I only received 43 cctv to prove but company will not help or honour the missing panels would never again bad customer service and not good experience dealing with this company
I am new to the area, Darlington and having done my research for timber supplies I can honestly say that Cleveland Timber come up trumps, even with a delivery charge The quality of the timber is very good and the driver, Steve is a great chap, cheerful and obliging. I still have other projects ongoing at home and I will be ordering my goods from this company. Well done all.
