T.J. and Robbie put a brand new unit in my apartment today and they were very professional, made sure to clean up any mess they made (that’s always bound to happen with the installation process), and answered any and all questions I had. Not only that, but they went out of their way to check on a draining problem they noticed with my water heater that was beside the new unit they were installing.
