I’m so glad I stumbled upon Tony from Cleveland Street Smash repairs. After going to 3 other repair places, no one wanted to try and attempt to fix our front bumper. They all said I’d need a whole new one, however Tony and Nick, said they could repair it, without having to replace the entire thing. They did an excellent job and we are so happy with their craftsmanship and expertise. Car looks great!! Would highly recommend this repairer to all! Thanks again :)
Extremely disappointing experience. The workmanship was far below an acceptable standard. Several panels were returned to me misaligned, and one even began to detach shortly after pickup. Parts that were meant to be newly replaced showed visible imperfections, suggesting they were not new or not fitted properly. They charged for replacement parts and work that do not appear to have been completed as described. by far the worst experience. constantly lied to, poor standard of work resulted in my car being re-done 3 times. still not done. absolutely would NOT recommend using this place if your life depended on it. if NRMA tell you to go here- SAY NO!!!!! also, it seems they have hit my car in their workshop twice, resulting in more damages then i arrived with. disgusting. have reported them to fair trading
