I scheduled a cleaning for myself and my wife 6 months in advance. She has high anxiety for dentist, and I informed them multiple times. Day of the cleaning, I get called saying I need to reschedule my cleaning because their tech could not come in. My wife waited 20 minutes for her appointment. When she came in them did xrays and looked at gums only to tell her she has to come back another time for a cleaning. Very friendly, accommodating staff! We have a plan for my issue, and the costs are reasonable. Would recommend!
UPDATE: While my original review stands as far as a friendly team and professional front. Unfortunately, the dental work does not compare in any way to prior dental work my family has receieved. This group may be sufficient for basic dental maintenance such as routine xrays, cleanings, and maybe a routine extraction, however I do NOT recommend utilizing this company for any work beyond that. Great experience with the Dentists and staff here! They are great with kids too! Only left because I moved out of the area. Highly recommend!
