I love this place! The staff worked really hard to make sure my insurance would cover my appointments, and my therapist is able to work with my changing work schedule.
I have worked with multiple therapists over the last few years, individuals and couples counseling. All of them have been wonderful! I’ve now been with my therapist a bit over a year and I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. The administrative staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful. The worked very hard to make sure they’d be in-network for my insurance and gave me very generous options to continue therapy during the process. (My insurance changed) This is an absolutely amazing team of people!
Was going through major life trauma and changes and forgot about my very first appointment and called as soon as i realized. Instead of calling me or texting or sending a reminder about for the appointment they responded to my crying voicemail with a $100 bill.
My spouse and I have individual and couple's therapy here. The therapists are fantastic and the administration is as well. I have truly never seen a place run so smoothly, much less with first-class therapists. I honestly never considered it at first, that a sex therapist could also be a lifesaver and yet, here I am, proof of just that! I will be eternally grateful to the therapists I've worked with here.
My therapist is trans-affirming, autism-knowledgeable, good with my DID, and BELIEVES ME when I talk.
