While the receptionists, (different ones) leave empathy and courtesy left to be desired. However, I have been seeing George McBride for 3 years. The last 2 years of my life has been beyond traumatic and painful. I would not have gotten through it and made the progress I have without him. Kuddos to George McBride.
Everyone there is just amazing! The ladies at the front are so kind and the doctors really do care about their patients.
Seriously can’t stress enough how bad of a business this is. I’ve been seeing Julie McBride for about a year and a half, and while she’s nice enough up front, I’ve never felt listened to. I have stressed how I don’t want anything addictive since my first visit, due to my history with certain substances. Today I paid $75 to sit down and be told that my lack of interest in anything, inability to focus or get things done, depression, irritability, and absent mindedness aren’t possible signs of ADHD.. and I didn’t even say I tho... read more
Pros....McBride has been an excellent provider. Cons.... The front desk is a different story. The demeanor of staff comes across very hard, cold, callous and hateful until you put money in their hand. For me personally, my insurance has come and gone multiple times in the years that I have been a patient there. I tried to explain to the staff that my estranged spouse has control of my health care and she likes to cancel my insurance from time to time just to be hateful.
