If I could give this company 0 stars, then I would. I am a first time investor and the director of investors relations advised a buyers premium of $2,000 would need to be paid before she would assist me in purchasing a property... I asked was this on top of the 3 percent fee the sellers usually pay ... and she refused to respond...
