I was very dissatisfied with the services I received last visits. I've never been to a entail office where everyone had to have and extraction I believe this is an insurance fraud so thank you for pulling out my tooth so leave me alone , ill go elsewhere.
The front desk was nice upon arriving, I understand there are rules for Covid but I have a 10 month old son I am the only one that cares for him and I was not allowed to go back into the room with my daughter. I was made to wait outside. I’m not okay with that. Second, if you were actually taking COVID seriously you would not be cross contaminating the used pens from employee to customers.
