got a very rude call from what may have been billing. The ONLY call I've gotten from this office since my wisdom teeth extraction at the end of last June (even when I was promised a return call in like august about insurance). She needs a lesson or two in Customer service. She calls asking for a payment I ask her what payment options are (online or only in person?). She says the dental insurance sent you a check to pay us. I said yes I got that I just need to....she says well they say you cashed it... I say no I didn't yet..... read more
CAUTION! I do not recommend them!!! Not only did they leave a small cut about an inch long from my lower lip to the bottom of my chin when I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed, they also denied its existence despite me going straight home for recovery after the wisdom teeth extractions were performed. I have a small scar on my face now, but I luckily think that over time it will fade. On top of that they screwed up the medical coding for my insurance and as a result I’ve been stuck on endless calls with multiple people ... read more
