I went in with a badly clogged right ear and left with pain and reduced hearing in both ears. The doctor tried irrigating my ears over and over and couldn't clear either one. She seemed confident but her technique just didn't match that. At one point the pressure was so intense I genuinely thought she was going to blow my eardrum out. I’ve only gone in for bloodwork, but I’ve found the staff and care to always be friendly and prompt.
I love coming here for any labs, scans or stat care needs. Everyone in the department is friendly and helpful. The stat care, when appropriate is far faster and cheaper than the ER.
