Completely understandable why this place has such a low rating. They make everything so goshdarn difficult. Put me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me they can’t schedule an appt with me for some dumb reason. I don’t know if it’s this location specifically but it’s a joke.
Dr. Michael Smith PA-C (Pain Management) made me feel so small, as if my pain didn't matter... I am 25. 3 years ago, I fell about 12 feet and landed on concrete directly on my back. I broke both of my scapulas, my transverse process of vertebra, some ribs, L1-L3 of my lumbar spine and my ilium bone. I had 3 months off of work and was unable to move my arms and legs. I was in so much pain. And the pain never stopped. It improved after my bones healed, of course, but the pain never left. I can hardly move my upper extremities ... read more
Rudest doctors office I’ve ever been to. We had an appointment at 11. We showed up 15 minutes prior and got moved from office to office then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for over a half an hour after confirming I had checked in down the hall. Everyone we spoke to had such an attitude and made us feel like we were a bother. I hope we never have to come here again.
Absolutely the WORST place to go if you need help! HORRIBLE wait times. And it's not because they are switching over to a new system, that happened weeks ago and I have already been put in their system 5 times! Unprofessional, unfeeling staff members. Seriously so upset Cleveland Clinic bought out Mercy. Will never go back now.
