Absolutely loved this hotel ! Nor just the decor but the absolute best staff ! We got locked out of our room on day of check out and maintenance showed up almost immediately.. he tried everything , he callled down to front desk and made sure we wouldn’t be penalized for a late check out . The chef showed up because he was mod that day , they apologized for this inconvenience and it was definitely not their fault! This hotel deserves such a better ranking ! Will definitely visit again .
Perfect for my visit
We booked after losing our power in a citywide outage. The staff was SO nice and accommodating. From the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, I haven’t gotten hospitality like that in a very long time. Hotel was clean and the rooms. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed, but they quickly brought some to our room and apologized so many times for them not being available. They create an atmosphere where you feel like you’ve gone to visit friends or family rather than staying at a hotel.
