I have always had good experiences until today. The manager and sales associate had horrible customer service and the manager was downright hostile and rude. A customer should never be addressed in that manner. They lost 2 loyal customers today!!!
Vince and the whole crew at Cleveland Lumber have been assisting me for 25 years. They offer a tremendous service you will not get anywhere else. I deal with them i never worry. 5 Stars all day.
