RecommendedJust wanted to thank Ben for being polite to me and making up for Vince's rudeness. I've been to Cleveland Lumber three times and each time, Vince was the person that "helped" me. Today, he got mad at me because I wanted to make a lumber purchase and it was lunch time when some of the staff were on break. So it was my fault that I came in around noon to give him some business. im off Sunday when they are closed. ive emailed and reached out on FB and left voicemail with a basic question repeatedly over the last few weeks. No one got back to me. Im disappointed.
