Just wanted to thank Ben for being polite to me and making up for Vince's rudeness. I've been to Cleveland Lumber three times and each time, Vince was the person that "helped" me. Today, he got mad at me because I wanted to make a lumber purchase and it was lunch time when some of the staff were on break. So it was my fault that I came in around noon to give him some business. im off Sunday when they are closed. ive emailed and reached out on FB and left voicemail with a basic question repeatedly over the last few weeks. No one got back to me. Im disappointed.

Never Had a Bad Experience with Vince, or His Crew !
I have never been treated like that before in my life by the owner , vince Over a mistake they made over windows replacement it took two months to get the windows and when i went to talk to the owner he jump up cussing at me and acting like was going to throw a door at me and said we dont need your business the needed my family's business 30 years ago when he started out on west 25 street i will never go their again in my life SAM
