This company does not know how to do appraisals and workers aren't professional. The person who did the appraisal didn't use shoe covers and got every floor of our house dirty. Also valued the home at what it cost to build, which is absolutely ridiculous. A complete waste of our time and money.

My property tax evaluation sky-rocketed after owning a home in North Olmsted for just 2 years. When I got the notice it said I could submit a property valuation with a tax appeal so I called Cleveland Home Appraisals. They were nice, quick and easy to work with. I had my report that week and got my tax appraised value reduced to a more reasonable amount. Appraiser was professional, on time and fees were reasonable. I would recommend.
