I give this place no stars. The woman was more interested in my having two ear rings in one ear rather than setting up my hearing aids. Every other place I’ve got hearing aids from of there was any problems they didn’t charge. I’ve called in about two problems. They wanted to charge me on both. I’m shocked they didn’t charge for the air I was breathing. These hearing aids SUCk. And so do the people working there. Ass holes!!!
I walked into Cleveland Hearing and Speech last October because they were listed as an "in network" provider with Blue Cross. What could have been a very pleasant experience, turned quickly into a nightmare with their deceit, lies, fraud and unethical practices. Alivia Manlet the audiologist gave me a "waiver" to sign in November, after accepting my deposit in October for my hearing aids. The thought was (as I came to find out) this was going to over ride their contractual obligation as an in network provider. I paid 5100.... read more
