I walked into Cleveland Hearing and Speech last October because they were listed as an "in network" provider with Blue Cross. What could have been a very pleasant experience, turned quickly into a nightmare with their deceit, lies, fraud and unethical practices. Alivia Manlet the audiologist gave me a "waiver" to sign in November, after accepting my deposit in October for my hearing aids.
