I was on the phone to James who I didn't know previously asking him if he had a certain part for my boiler, he happened to have the part in the van and said he would deliver it to me, he was here within minutes of me calling him. The part was fitted to the boiler and within minutes it was up and running providing me with hot water once again, cheers James, I would certainly use him again.

My Wife and I have been doing business with James at Cleveland Gas Services for a number of years. We have always found him to be highly professional, skilled and helpful. He provides an excellent service at a good price. We thoroughly recommend this Company to all.

I’d been without heating for 4 weeks , kept getting messed about by other local businesses , was told about Cleveland gas through a family member who had a boiller fitted by them previously and was happy with there work . I gave them a call explained I was without heat and within 48 hours I had a new boiller fitted and he sorted all my warranty and programmed it all for me and explained how to work it , I gave him a budget to work with as I’m a single parent so money is tight , and I payed exactly what was agreed . James was extremely approachable and friendly, we needed a gas hob and gas log burner connected to the mains which was carried out efficiently in a short space of time. The work was competitively priced and the service provided was second to none. We would highly recommend James and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
