I have utilized Cleveland Energy for all of my HVAC requirements. Rick has been consistently responsive, whether it be for emergencies or routine maintenance. He consistently exceeds expectations with every service he provides. Regarding the one-star review from the individual seeking oil delivery, I suggest they seek more constructive activities.
I’ve called this company twice, regarding oil delivery, in the past week and have NOT gotten any response. What gives? Not interested in new customers or just too busy to call me back. Please let me know.
