They no longer do flooring as of November 2023.
I went inside because I was told they carried moving boxes/supplies and were a U-Haul location. No one was there. I asked loudly a few times if anyone was in the building and took a quick look around, but got no response, so I left.
We went to this store based on a mix of good and not-so-good reviews. Going in person they are very helpful and the store is clean with a lot of flooring to look at. But forget trying to call, I'm not sure what happened to this place but after trying for a week to order carpet with nobody answering the phone after a dozen calls and not even getting a return call from leaving a message we went to Walter Norville Carpet store instead. Your mileage may vary just be aware.
