If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I absolutely love Marian Keen!!! I visited the spa to find out some information on fillers and Botox. She provided such great information, pros and cons for all treatments, and I left there so excited to proceed. A couple of weeks after my treatments, I couldn't be happier!!!! There is absolutely no amount of thanks that we can possibly give to Cleveland Family Health.... to Marian Keen for being there over and above the call of duty for the past 4+ weeks and for being in our home caring for our loved one not only once but often twice a day..... for handling all the "big stuff" to holding her in your arms, rocking and comforting her. I love these ladies!!! Very courteous and service is always great! I trust them with my health.
I had a new patient appointment with Marian today. she was so personable and so friendly. she took alot of time to ask me questions about my health history. what was truly impressive is that she took time to ask me about my family. she doesn't use a cookie cutter approach to her assessment. she is sincere and personable. Every staff member I met was cheerful and made me feel important. I am glad I found this practice! I can truly say there is a holistic patient centered . to care here!
Terrible care here. Had to wait over an hour after appointment time.
