My wife Donna had an appointment today at the Cleveland Eye Clinic in Avon Lake and we had a great experience. The office is very comfortable and welcoming, and the entire staff — from the reception desk to the doctors and technicians — were extremely kind and professional. Everything went smoothly, including the insurance process, which was quick and easy. They also have a large selection of glasses to choose from. The office atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was great as well. The office was in an easy location to get to.
The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their work. Professional and courteous. Dr Ward is great and takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. I am glad I found him as my eye doctor.
