Waited over 40 minutes for my salad and my wife’s side of broccoli. Which were our dinner. Brought my salad to the table next to us, the gentleman touched the chicken said it was cold& not what he ordered. The waitress walked toward the kitchen, turned around and brought the salad to me. I explained what I saw and asked for the Manager. We got our ticket and left. Was really looking forward to that salad!

When you've been on hold over 23 minutes trying to place an order and 4 teens and an empty front area when you walk in pretty much sums up the hold. Guess it's easier just to drive up here and place an order DON'T call.

It used to be a great place to go, one of our favs for many years. My sons and I went last week and we waited an hour for our food. My food came out cold, my one sons food was raw and the other one was given well done hard dry cheese fries. The manager asks us what do “we” want to do about it and then walks back to the table and says I know you said you didn’t want desert but here you go.
