So far, this has been the most horrifying, painful, unprofessional experience I've ever had and I would never recommend this person to safely work on your teeth.
I started my journey with Dr. Malik. He is fantastic, and made me feel comfortable. He was very empathetic with my background of having cancer, and went above and beyond to help me. I was a bit nervous when Dr. Thompson had stepped in for a family emergency for Dr. Malik, but he too has exceeded my expectations. Everyone is very personable here. It has been almost a year and I do not have y permanent teeth despite at least 8 office visits. One of my temp arches broke in half on my birthday weekend and no emergency dentist was available, or even called me back. In the middle of my case, my dentist left the country.
My mother-in-law (MIL) was in need of a new set of dentures and through my research, Cleveland Dentures and Implants had extremely great reviews so it seemed to be the obvious choice. The entire process was great, from making the appoint to the consultation, the assessment and when we came back for the “test fit” to the final fitting. Everything was seamless.
