I was told, as a new patient, that the first appointment would include an exam, xrays, and a cleaning for $120 without insurance. At my appointment, they immediately began with xrays, then took me to my section (they do not have separate rooms, just like shelving separating patients). They asked about my concerns and I described my pain. They took more xrays there in the chair and determined which tooth was the problem. This facility customer service is very bad and I am mainly speaking about the front office and the appointment scheduler. She was very rude, unprofessional and lack knowledge with ZERO followup skills! Sad 😢 Â
