I have been seeing Dr. Suppa, he's wonderful. Explains everything clearly, very gentle, and has been a great help. Some of the non medical staff however, could use a course in professionalism and politeness.

My inital visit was in July 2025 my dentist referred me to them for an extraction. When I met the dentist he asked me a ton of questions about my health and whose decision was it to pull my tooth. I said it was my own decision. He didn't like that answer. Ultimately; I was turned away twice due to my blood pressure being too high. I was told I needed medical clearance from my PCP. I was told, as a new patient, that the first appointment would include an exam, xrays, and a cleaning for $120 without insurance. At my appointment, they immediately began with xrays, then took me to my section (they do not have separate rooms, just like shelving separating patients). They asked about my concerns and I described my pain. They took more xrays there in the chair and determined which tooth was the problem. This facility customer service is very bad and I am mainly speaking about the front office and the appointment scheduler. She was very rude, unprofessional and lack knowledge with ZERO followup skills! Sad 😢
