*Edit* The coordinator called me aftet this review. She was able to get my son in for today. She did state that they tried to get ahold of me 2 times in 2024 & maybe something was off with scheduling since I brought him in on Cristmas Eve. He is in surgery as I type this. Thankful this issue was resolved & my son is getting the help he needs. This is usully the best hospital for special needs. Wish I could give a zero star. Wish I could give a zero star. My son has been on a surgery list since 7/8/2024. It started with they would need to sedate him to do the necessary cleaning & take care of a cavity. He has several rotten teeth now & has been on antibitics multiple times for absess. He is suffering & in pain. He is nonverbal and has to suffer in silence. This is medical neglect. After calling for the idk how many times today. Im going to Columbus. Im also turning them in this place needs shut down.
It’s unfortunate that one bad dentist affected my thoughts on the entire visit. My son has autism and is nonverbal. This was in his intake form and clarified before he was seen. I wish I got the names, I can’t tell from their signatures. The female dentist, I believe her name was Grace? She was extremely professional and made my twins feel comfortable. Their customer service person should negotiate peace worldwide bcs I was pretty upset and he was so patient and understanding and reassuring. I appreciate a place that does everything they can to give great service my little one is not easy at the dentist
Absolutely TERRIBLE! THEY scheduled my kids for the day after Christmas, today FRIDAY, confirmed the appointments on Monday! Just to drive all the way there for them to be CLOSED! Then someone at the help desk says they do that all the time & are unprofessional. How is this professional? Children’s needs to kick them out, looks terrible & is distasteful! All it would have taken was a phone call to cancel!
