Our dentist says they need to refer us, Children's ER says walk ins accepted and that they'll take care of it as long as the child doesn't need sedated. Great. Taking a second day off work for one tooth, we're told they can't do anything and will need to schedule out. I would hold off on reviewing but if you try to call they won't answer and if you press the option to leave a message you'll just be led to eternal ringing. To be a children’s dental clinic the staff has way too much time and fun on their hands when patients are being seen the dr did ask the staff to quiet down some because I couldn’t even communicate back with the dr in the room because of how loud the staff was outside the room I feel as such thing as privacy should really be valued I shouldn’t have to hear staffs conversations overbearing into a patient’s appointment that’s disrespectful . This is a first time review my son was treated fairly I will express

Made an appointment for 4 months out only for them to cancel 2 weeks before the appointment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Our child with autism has been on their OR list for nearly a year and we were told that his needs were urgent by two dentists there. However, they do not decide who gets seen, but the manager does. We were told during our last visit that we would be contacted about setting up our next appointment and I called myself to see if I could speak with them regarding this statement.
