Let me start with you always treat kids like their feelings matter and that being afraid is okay. My son ended up here after a fall at school. We came into the ed who walked us over to this place inside dayton childrens. We were brought in as an emergency but treated as there was no emergency and that our time wasnt valuable. I would like to state that I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend using Cleveland Clinic whatsoever!!!!!!!! My 6 year old daughter was just treated with an extended antibiotic regimen when a cavity became infected, and the infection spread to become cellulitis in her face.. Following the treatment.. the infection, and cellulitis returned just 4 days later with an added abscess, which was not present on CT during the ER visit just weeks prior. I was referred to this dental office, but after my experience, I will not be bringing my children here. I scheduled back-to-back appointments months in advance because my children need to be seen together. A couple of weeks before the appointment, I received a call saying the doctor would not be available for one of my children. This completely defeated the purpose of scheduling them back-to-back in the first place. When I called to reschedule, the situation got even worse. Came here recently with my little daughter. Past experiences were so-so, and were considering switching offices, but we recently saw Dr. Fahim. And he is AMAZING! So kind, so clear, so thorough, he takes his time and reviews everything and he’s got great skills. He answered all our questions in detail, really put me at ease. He made my daughter feel so safe and comfortable. I can’t recommend him enough. Request him!!! He’s also SUPER attractive :)

Have to wait too long, my appointment was at 10 , checked in at 9.18 but only called at 10.42 after i reminded them that my appointment was past by 37 minutes, it's is kind of hard to wait that long with 2 years old kids.
