Do not come here. My child was referred here and he still has not been scheduled to be put under for extraction after numerous attempts to reach this office.

One star because ZERO wasn’t an option! The doctors here are wonderful but scheduling staff absolutely SUCKS! Half of the people at the front desk don’t know what they are doing. Showed up for my daughter’s appointment that we’ve waiting over a month for! They have canceled her appointment because they were “over booked”. Asked to speak with the office manager (Madison) that was so rude and disgusting. My kids never miss an appointment, we are always early. Cleveland Dental Institute was a terrible for us. My son had an emergency mouth injury and we were referred to them from the ER. They said we can’t get you in until the end of July, that’s over 3 months away! Then they told us to come in as a walk in since all appointments were booked. We got there the next morning just before 9 AM just the wait and not be seen. It was so disorganized and very frustrating especially when all you want to do is help your kid.
