The customer service here is horrible. The front desk registration does not know how to prioritize customers/patients time. The dentist just walks any patient up in front of you after you have been standing in line for about 8-10mins just for the front desk ladies who saw you there first, tend to them. These patients have already had their appointment so they should have either a different line for them to make future appointments or those patients should have to wait in line like everyone else. I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed, yesterday. The entire staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Fadi was amazing he explained everything clearly, and the procedure went much smoother than I expected. I felt well cared for throughout the process.
