Several complaints 1. Ladies up front can be very rude 2. Too long to explain in detail but alot of incompetence as we have had several issue with them sending or lack of when they are supposed to send prior's out to the insurance. 3. Doc assistant was helping she put gloves on (young girl) then went in hall shut door across the hall then proceeded to come back in and put her hands in my daughters mouth without changing gloves. The dentist we have seen is very nice and does a great job! That being said, I hope the Doctors there will start to pay attention to the front desk of ladies that check the patients in. They can be quiet rude and very loud with their remarks to each other about other patients. The front desk does not seem very professional.
I love going to see Dr. Badawy!!! He is very professional and does such a great job. I used to be scared to go to the dentist, but not anymore! Thank you
Writing this as I sit in a chair waiting to have my braces adjusted… I have been here for over an hour. My appointment was at 12:00 - since that time I have waited for 20 minutes in the waiting room, been brought back to a chair and waited for 30 minutes in the back, been seen by the orthodontist for approximately 1 minute and was told everything is looking good, and waited in the chair for another 35 minutes. Dr Bahar and the rest of the team have treated me like family. I'm truly thankful for their efforts to get my teeth as healthy as possible. Beat bedside manner of any dentist I've ever been top, plus they let me jam out to the Grateful Dead for the root canal.
