every phone call gets sent to a call center and if you have questions about an appointment or anything they won’t let you talk to the front desk because “they aren't accepting calls right now” when there’s literally like 6 people that sit around that desk. every time i try to schedule an appt for my daughter having issues with her teeth causing her pain they are trying to schedule me 2 months out.

I told Dr. Ahmed Badawy all I wanted was to smile again. He went above and beyond to implement the perfect dental plan to save my teeth. He even rebuilt my severely broken tooth I couldn’t be more appreciative!
I have been calling for the the last 6 days and keep getting put on hold then hung up on. if i could poke them in the eye i would. this is pissing me off.
BEWARE....THEY ARE ALL STUDENTS. They should tell ppl they are going to be a guinea pig. Had a root canal done. Had my mouth opened and couldn't close it for 5 hours straight and the numbing was gone and she was still drilling. Had 3 other doctors helping her do my root canal and a bunch of other "doctors" coming in to see her process. Had to come in the next day because the cap she put in Had came off eating mash potatoes. 6 months go by and I'm in pain.
