DO NOT GO HERE. THEY LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR JUST TO CHARGE YOU FOR X RAYS. AND CLEANINGS YOU DO NOT WANT. They get zero stars
Horrible place to deal with. Having to call them to send a referral to for the 4 th time because they can't fill it out right. Would not recommend to anyone! Update after waiting 4 months to go to case western only to get there and find out the referral is still not for the right thing. Need extractions and they filled out for root canal. What an absolute joke of a dentist office!
They hang up on you when you call but charge for not cancelling appointments how can we call to cancel if y'all don't answer the phone or your secretaries are hanging up on people...they did a good job with my extractions and even gave me a 10 % discount because I'm self pay but y'all really need new secretaries
Anna and Christen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
every phone call gets sent to a call center and if you have questions about an appointment or anything they won’t let you talk to the front desk because “they aren't accepting calls right now” when there’s literally like 6 people that sit around that desk. every time i try to schedule an appt for my daughter having issues with her teeth causing her pain they are trying to schedule me 2 months out.
