Stopped going due to Christy the office girl who was rude and hung up on me twice though I never yelled or cursed at her (I never curse period) when I was trying to discuss my bill. I would like to state that Sherry is the best Hygienist I have ever had and does an exceptional job and Dr. Ernie is a wonderful, excellent dentist. My insurance doesn't cover him completely so I have paid extra for years to go there because of Dr. Ernie and Sherry, but I will no longer be going back due to that rude office woman - life is too s... read more
I was sent a bill shortly after my appointment for my cleaning for $100. I quickly glanced at the charge and thought “Oh my insurance hasn’t cleared” and put it away. So I received another one, so I called to find out why. Only to be told that it was because my adult daughter had canceled her appointment last minute in December. Now the funny thing is I went to the dentist a couple of days after her canceled appointment and was told by the hygienist that they couldn’t see me because she lives with me and she has Covid. ... read more
