I was sent a bill shortly after my appointment for my cleaning for $100. I quickly glanced at the charge and thought “Oh my insurance hasn’t cleared” and put it away. So I received another one, so I called to find out why. Only to be told that it was because my adult daughter had canceled her appointment last minute in December. Now the funny thing is I went to the dentist a couple of days after her canceled appointment and was told by the hygienist that they couldn’t see me because she lives with me and she has Covid. ... read more
RecommendedCleveland Dental is the best Dentist office ever. I highly recommend them. The staff there is great, especially Virginia Parris. Anytime I have questions she always goes above and beyond to help me.
First visit they took time answer all my questions and explain what was needed and why and work with me to develop a plan to correct my problems.
Very very friendly and professional. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and this was a walk in the park. They did exactly what I had hoped for and did not try to sell me a million dollars worth of other stuff haha The staff and the dentist we're absolutely awesome. I highly recommend.
When I first called to make an appointment, the lady that answered was very friendly and helpful. When we got there, everyone we came into contact with was the same, and my grandson really liked Dr. Reynolds!

I hate going to the dentist but Donnis always makes it a tolerable experience. She is always so sweet and very good at cleaning teeth. I would highly recommend Cleveland Dental as the place to go, they are reasonably priced and always willing to work with me on scheduling appointments.
