Don’t waste your time using the there site or trying get ahold of them. I’ve tried for a couple months with no results. I was in Cleveland today went by the address on the website and it’s an empty building. If the owner reads this please take the website down and stop the confusion
Impossible to get ahold of anyone. No parts availability, no one answers the phone, zero pricing but you can't know what the pricing is anyway because there is zero communication. Not surprised this company has been sued before.

Zero parts support. looking for simple parts, carb, chain, shocks, for a ClevelandCycleWerks bike I bought and was told by the dealer it would be easy. No luck at all. No phone number, nobody returns my emails. They have a lousy rating for a reason. Stay away. 850 miles on this bike and the brakes don't work and the motor is leaking.
Contacted for parts for a fxx and was told to look from parts suppliers. I responded that I could not find parts in any of the suppliers suggested and gave them the specific parts I needed. Never heard back. Poor service and a major lack of available parts.
