Their explanation that “It’s a HIPPA violation even if the mother consents” is completely FALSE. THIS REFLECTS A SERIOUS MISUNDERSTANDING OR MISUSE OF THE LAW. After discovering I wasn’t allowed back in any of my pregnant wifes’ appointments with the Doctor and WIC, I felt very strange about this policy and this staff..
