The staff with CCTA are very easy to deal with and actually listened to my concerns! They made a very unpleasant situation, pleasant! The times I had to call them, they answer their phones and the times that I had to leave a voicemail, I actually received a return call within the same day! Excellent customer service for sure!

I don't know who I spoke to today, but she was as friendly as a 2 x 4. We now have to have a window static cling to prove we're Cleveland county citizens to use the dump. It used to be being an NC resident was all you had to be. She snapped at me and said it's always been this way to be a Cleveland county citizen to go to the dump.
