I believe the representative name was Lincoln I dealt with. Unnecessarily rude and demeaning while speaking with me on the phone. Not the ideal person to be in a customer service job if you lack customer service and like to talk down to others.
The staff with CCTA are very easy to deal with and actually listened to my concerns! They made a very unpleasant situation, pleasant! The times I had to call them, they answer their phones and the times that I had to leave a voicemail, I actually received a return call within the same day! Excellent customer service for sure!
