Dana came over promptly to assess our issue and since we needed a new furnace he provided a temporary solution to heat our house in the winter until the furnace could be installed. Great working with him
I've never worked with a nicer, more responsive and honest team of professionals. Dana knows his stuff. He responded quickly to my cry for help when the heat went out on a cold, cold December day. We were up and running by early afternoon. I highly recommend Cleveland Comfort Solutions.
I highly recommend Cleveland comfort solutions. Iv had Dana Wright over two times. First time my communication wire to the A/C furnace control board was disconnected. The second time my motor blower for the furnace went. He came the day before Thanksgiving we had no heat with kids and dogs in the house very caring and professional. Explained all of it gave me a great price and finished quickly. If you want a honest company this is the way to go. Thank you again DANA!!
The technicians were very professional and customer service oriented. They replaced/repaired things that were related to the job, but not in the quote, at no extra charge. I am going to recommend Dana, and Gerald to everyone I know that have heating, or cooling needs. Lavelle & Kelley Gibson.
