Excellent service all the way around! They definitely took good care of my vehicle.
These folks are very professional and do quality work! Customer service is their goal and they go out of their way to meet that goal. I've had two vehicles in their shop and my parents have used them multiple times for their vehicles- never a problem. They always give top service for their customers!
I called to get a quote on a minor paint job for my car and they told me they were booked until next year with hail damage vehicles. I called back in a few days to fake an insurance quote and they accepted me right away. Not very honest or professional!!
Best collision shop hands down! Family ran, customer service oriented, and excellent work. I would recommend anyone use Cleveland Collision Center!
This is the worst experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. They've changed the date on when I'm getting my car back three different times and coming up with excuse after excuse. Unless you want to wait a month to get your car back don't go here.
I can't say enough great things about this automotive body shop! They have done several repairs for me and my husband past several years and each and every time have done excellent work! The customer service is outstanding as well! I highly recommend them!
In January of 2016 my wife an I were rear ended @ 6pm. We were goingoing to visit a relative in Cleveland. Our home is six hours from Cleveland TN.
