Their billing department charged me over $500 for a yearly visit with my gyno ! Stating that I went to my gyno to get my heart checked out !! Who in the world would do that !!!!!!! It’s like seeing an orthodontist for a biopsy!!!! The Cleveland billing department charged me wrongfully just to get more money …
I am very disappointed with my experience. I arrived at 5:45 PM for my 6:00 PM appointment and waited 45 minutes without being called back. When I finally went to the receptionist desk, a nurse simply said, “Um, someone will be with you shortly,” without apologizing for the wait or providing any explanation. I then waited another 10 minutes and still was not helped. After waiting nearly an hour total, I left without ever seeing the doctor. Better communication and consideration for patients’ time would have been appreciated.
Me and my husband take our kids here for pediatrics. We absolutely love Holly Luzader. After we had our son in November we had to visit quite often and from day one we thought she was very gifted at her job. She was so attentive, she listens to you, and understands anything you are going through or are concerned about. Very smart. You feel comfortable and without judgment. She is the best kind of pediatric care for your kids. We are so happy we found her.

Dr. Burkey is the worst, most dismissive doctor I've ever seen. People don't just wake up one day and quit being able to live their lives due to anxiety. He gaslit me multiple times, laughed at me and pushed SSRIs. Doctors like this should not have a license. Worst, most traumatizing experience EVER.
