What do you mean I paid 300$ for an ER visit but somehow the amount was a mix of a scheduled for me specialist visit and the ER visit which made a total of 356$….. but then they adjusted the entire amount to only pay for the separate specialist visit of 35$ ….. and then gave me a * credit * of the ER visit? And then had an open balance for the ER visit. I see why the rating is so low. Run from this place! I scheduled a cardiology appointment at another location since February. My appointment was canceled twice with short notice and I was told to go to the Weston location. When I got there, i was checked in with the front desk. I sat there for over an hour and when I went to go check in again to so whats taking so long, I was told that the appointment was canceled and I was supposed to be at another location.
