My wife was treated by Dr. Ethan Heit last night after she passed out, fell, and cut her head. She arrived with her head still bleeding. Dr. Heit barely examined her. Our experience at Cleveland Clinic Weston has been extremely disappointing. My father was admitted, and the communication throughout his stay has been terrible. We have had to constantly ask for updates because the doctors and staff take forever to respond, and no one keeps the family informed about what is happening. Even basic needs have been overlooked.
