We had a great experience with Doctor Otto Montero He is a professional. Compassionate and truly attentive to his patient's needs .
Excessive Privacy Requirements & Poor Service I called to ask a simple, preliminary question: "Is this pulmonologist accepting new patients?" I was shocked to find that the Cleveland Clinic refuses to answer this basic question without first collecting my full name, date of birth, and several other sensitive personal information. Worse hospital ever! My mother had 2 heart attacks under their care while never having one before! They have 1st day nurses in ICU! Zero attention to detail and way too much teaching while they should be caring for sick patients. The nurses are underpaid, under qualified and over worked as well as the Doctors. DO NOT let your family members get care here. They just care about the look of the facility and nothing else. It’s a TikTok type of hospital environment. Don’t use this hospital or their Physicians!
Stay away if you value your health
The only reason why I am giving one star is that the doctors we have dealt with are good- once you get to see them. The people that make appointment are horrible. The gate-keeping and erroneous information they operate with will cause you to have to jump through hoops to actually get an appointment. One doctor strongly encouraged me to write a complaint to the hospital about the appointment booking center. I wrote to the ombudsman and got a very generic response. I don't think they care.
