Inadequate parking. Large potholes in parking lot. Little to no striping for parking spot guidance. Not very handicap friendly. Handrails on stairs from parking lot are nearly rusted through at the base. Soon will be unsafe. Filthy windows, not exterior, but between the waiting room and the hallway. Specifically for the Gastroenterology department. Super nice people, but largely inadequate care. Doctor had to push my colonoscopy back 4 hours because of a personal travel delay with less than an hours notice. Same doctor was over 30 minutes late to a tele-visit follow-up with no call or message or warning from staff. After the colonscopy, they misprescribed my medication, and it wasn't caught for nearly a month.
