I had a very disappointing time with Dr Oliver at the end of my appointment I was advised I had to pay 55.00$$to get my contact lens script they are holding it hostage from me I called everyone I could think of to rectify this situation no luck I'm on Medicaid and Medicare for a reason I have no money I was informed I should of been told this prior to my appointment what Cleveland clinics policy was I wasn't informed of this therefore they made a mistake the receptionist who waited on me should be paying it or reprimanded ne... read more
I do not recommend the OBGYNs here. They’re not size friendly and try to push you to leave if even the possibility of being high risk.
I never expected such terrible care from Cleveland Clinic. My first video call with the Endocrinologist was at the end of April. For my next appointment on May 7th- they insisted for it to be an in-person visit (which they knew was a 4 hr round trip for me). This resulted in major frustration when I arrived for my appointment only to discover that my lab results were inconclusive and that I needed to do additional testing at home.
