I came to this place for an appointment of my son, I arrived a few minutes late since it is impossible to get parking I get there and those at the front with their face that they can't even stand themselves take their time to check me in and then say that they can't attend to me. They should look for better staff and people who want to work, I really don't go back to this clinic, they are terrible.
The caregivers are one of a kind, offering love and kindness to all of us patients! The valet staff is so sweet with fast services! Thank you guys for making visits so easy! <3
First time we have been to this building . I want Grace R 2nd floor of the children’s hospital to get her recognition! We came for a lactose breath test . My daughter was terrified already wasn’t having a good day not being able to eat anything but plain food the day before nerves were on 100 . Grace was amazing from start to finish her patience and care she showed my daughter was outstanding talking her through the entire thing reassuring her . PISS POOR SIGNAGE MADE US MISS OUR APPOINTMENT DESPITE SHOWING UP 25 MINUTES EARLY. How does the "best hospital" on earth cause you to both Pay For parking and then have poor signage anyway where you're driving in circles wasting fuel 😬 we will not be back. Not even death will bring us back.
