Shoutout to everyone at the Cleveland clinic children’s R building for outpatient same day surgery who helped calm my toddler before his second ear tube procedure. They were so considerate and patient. The toys and the cars were such a great touch. Laura W was our nurse and she was so nice and thoughtful helping us through our morning.
They don't have parking here, only valet, and they don't validate tickets . They did but stopped for some unknown reason . I don't think that's fair for people who have consistent issues with their kids and has to constantly be up here. My child appointment was at 1:30pm . Ive been here since 3:30 waiting to be seen
