I would give zero stars if I could. The front desk worker, An old blonde women doesn't even under the procedures. The techs nor the front desk know how to follow procedures. I had tech Rachel who did not follow the correct procedure at all. The environment was unfriendly , unprofessional, and unapologetic. I had scheduled an apt for 8am. I was behind 2 other people by 735am waiting outside the door. Both of them were walk ins. I had others come behind me when they opened the doors at 8am. The phlebotomists at this location are the best! They are efficient, kind and caring. They never cause bruising or search for veins.

I went here on Friday (11/10) for bloodwork prior to a cardiac ablation on Monday (11/13). Whilst getting my blood taken, a lab tech (in red scrubs, dark hair, and an accent) was asking me about my condition and how I found out about it (Nothing crazy). She then began to repeat how young I was to receive this procedure, and that she "has seen them kill people". Not something I asked nor wanted to hear two days before my heart was poked and prodded.
