Easy to schedule an appointment. Setup my online chart-the system is poor at best-most of the info I spent hours loading was not on the system when I arrived nor was the secondary insurance card I uploaded. Treated horrible when trying to get an appointment. Just told the department head said they will not consider taking my insurance as the other parts of the hospital do. When did the paycheck become more important than helping people live their lives? I'm sure accepting Medicaid on some cases would not make you have to downgrade to a Chevy from Porcha. Meanwhile my family is losing everything while their dad lays in bed with chronic fatigue and horrible stiffness and debilitating pain. Please help me and my family!
