I made an appointment to receive consultation concerning various sports related injuries. Upon arrival I was told I can only pick one to discuss since the doctor only has ten minutes! I am appalled with the lack of communication and dignity a patient receives with the Cleveland Clinic.

Cassandra, Cassey, is a wonderful, highly educated orthopaedic! She explained the x-ray in great detail and did a very thoughrough examination of me. She didn't miss a beat! Highly recommend her to anyone! (The office itself is pretty yucky outside& I'd bring tissues, hand wipes to touch things, or small can of Lysol, especially their outer door. this isn't their fault. i suspect the building manager. once inside their place, it seemed ok.)
