Garbage for blood work and xray. Get there its 1 hour wait for xray they on lunch she said. Talked in to staying to wait for blood work was going to leave go somewhere else. I wait the guy like everytime claims he sees nothing and doesn't even stick me. Im still having to find an other location to get xray and blood work done. Never again going there. Went to an other cleveland clinic got my xray done and blood work done within 24 min. The same arm that apparently had no veins.
The appointment itself was fine but afterwards there were questions I had over a sleep study I was asked to do and never heard back from the doctor. The human aspect where people are supposed to follow up is severely lacking in the world we currently live in.
The medical assistants at the pediatric office are very mean and condescending. They refuse to follow through with things. Its a shame because Dr Kebede is an awesome Dr. But her staff is horrible and un caring.
I don’t see an option to review Dr Katie Ellis herself but let me tell you. The best pediatrician you can find! Dr Ellis and her office are truly phenomenal. Dr Ellis is A true Godsend. She Is so patient and takes her time. She truly cares for her patients and enjoys what she does. She also makes sure to consider the mama and her feelings. Checks in and does her part to ensure that her patients like my child, are receiving the best care possible! Thank You doctor Ellis!
